everything has already happened in the future, so the future is not the things that are yet to be; it is the completion of all things.
something that is yet to be is in the past, but as the moment of creation passes the present, it is already done. in the present and in the seemingly infinite future it is complete.
"everything is inverted here"
and we can see this in the many contradictions to our linear way of thinking about time. we think we live in the present and that the future is always coming, but the present doesn't exist. capturing the present moment is impossible because we always reach the future by the time we experience it. but the future can't come because it's already here. we think of the past as things that have already been, but back then they were only potential.
only in the future can they be complete.
only in the past were they yet to be.
if the past and the future both converge on a single point, is the present now? is it then? will it ever come?
